MAY 2021 – Chef

We are currently looking for a chef  to join the Budds crew. Budds is now established for 6 years in the buzzing village of Ballydehob. Budds is known for our healthy, diverse and creative food. This has to be your passion too!

We are lucky to have a restaurant in one of the best places in Ireland. We have access to amazing local produce right here on our doorstep. Our team is welcoming, dynamic and fun.

 

Requirements:

  • Creative with excellent skills in service, planning, preparation and presentation.

  • A drive for high standards,  maintaining excellent standards at all times.

  • Knowledge about local, organic food and various dietary requirements.

  • Strong experience in HACCP, stock management and waste management.

  • Desire to grow and exceed expectations at all times

  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and work in a tight knit team

  • Knowledge about baking different types of breads, cakes, buns and treats. Knowledge about gluten-free and low sugar baking an advantage

  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and work in a tight knit team
